Exhibition and Sponsorship Management

Many of our clients have exhibitors and potential sponsors wanting to participate at face to face and online virtual events, but do not have the time or the resources to sell these aspects of the event. From an initial prospect list supplied by the client and from previous events Hg3 can make contact and engage with all potential exhibitors and sponsors, working alongside the venue .

Hg3 understands how important additional revenue streams are to the success of many events and we pride ourselves on taking care of exhibitors, Hg3 can have our own team on-site during the exhibition build-up and break down.

Using the event programme and venue layout we work to ensure fully engaged delegates and exhibitors and subsequently secure repeat bookings for future events. We work to achieve maximum exhibition and sponsorship revenue streams at all opportunities, as this serves the interests of all parties.

Our range of exhibition and sponsorship management services includes:

  • Website Promotion
  • Sponsorship Packages
  • Exhibitor Engagement

  • Exhibition Floor Plans

“Together with Hg3 we organised and hosted the 13th International Podocyte meeting at the University of Manchester in July 2021. The meeting was a hybrid format with over 470 international participants from over 27 countries and around 40 in person attendees. The team at Hg3 was incredibly responsive and flexible and facilitated a seamless interface between the virtual and in person components of the meeting. Despite the complexity of our conference all speakers had opportunities to practice and the event ran very smoothly. The bespoke virtual platform was tremendous and enabled access to recorded sessions for participants across the world. Overall it has been a real pleasure to work with Nicola, Charlotte and the whole team at Hg3.”
Rachel Lennon, Professor of Nephrology, University of Manchester and Chair of the Local Organising Committee 13th International Podocyte Conference.
