Abstract Management

Our bespoke and flexible abstract service enables Hg3 to provide a full service to those clients who use abstracts as a basis for their events. The Hg3 in-house web-based application provides a flexible cost-effective solution, ensuring a personal touch to this process which in many cases, from our experience, is usually needed. Hg3 provide an abstract submission service for many of our academic clients.

With the in-house web-based application we are able to streamline the process of collecting, distributing, reviewing, reformatting and managing abstracts for each event, creating an online abstract submission form, branded with each event logo, which can be linked directly to the relevant client and /or event websites.

Submitted abstracts can be categorised by title, author, co-author, company or academic establishment and details including affiliations, preferred presentation type and keywords for indexing can be recorded as required.
